Elife electric-fence conductor source

Use a second catalogue to prepare a comparable conductor request—not to assume that two companies offer the same product.

Official sources reviewed 5 October 2026 · Source-based information, not a factory audit

What the sources establish

Website identity and contact location
The website uses Elife and publishes Shanghai, China on its contact page. This is a published contact location, not verified factory ownership, a complete street address or confirmation of the contractual seller.
Conductor catalogue
The site links polywire, rope and tape families. Its polywire table identifies models including FB601; the separate electric-fence manufacturers page also lists model-specific packing fields.

Factory scale, certifications, market leadership, inspection performance, stock and supply commitments have not been independently verified.

Turn the catalogue into a dated specification

Identify one construction

Use one model and document revision. Request the overall diameter or tape width, conductor material and grade, conductor count and individual diameters, polymer, colour, net roll length and quantity basis. The catalogue is a research starting point; only a current written offer can establish the configuration being quoted.

Resolve source inconsistencies

The polywire page describes both PE and polypropylene and gives different warranty durations. The company and manufacturers pages also use different inspection counts. Do not select the most favourable wording. Ask for the offered polymer, applicable written warranty and order-specific inspection plan.

The polywire table labels breaking load in “KG” and resistance in Ω/m. Ask for an unambiguous force quantity/unit, test method, conditions and model/batch report; this review does not convert “KG” into a verified breaking force. Obtain resistance on the same length and temperature basis before comparing offers. No fence-distance, service-life or animal-containment guarantee is adopted.

Check packing against the offered roll

The manufacturers page supplies a packing row for FB601. Ask the company to confirm whether that row applies to the offered revision. Require net length per spool, spool and carton counts, carton dimensions, net/gross mass and identification labels in one packing schedule; do not combine packing from one model with construction from another.

Documents to request before an order

  • A dated model specification and construction drawing with material and dimensional tolerances.
  • Resistance and breaking-force reports identifying the method, specimen, conditions, report issuer and represented model/batch; clarify any applicable ageing test separately.
  • A packing schedule and label sample tied to the specification revision and order quantity.
  • Part-number and size compatibility for joins, connectors, insulators and reels. List the energizer and installation scope separately.
  • The registered contractual seller, manufacturing responsibility, current commercial terms and written warranty. Do not infer these from a website label.

These are procurement requirements, not documents this platform already holds. Missing items remain unresolved until provided and checked.

Compare the requirement, not the brand names

Start with the existing Hengtong conductor evidence and this profile, then give both companies the same requirement revision. Their model codes are not equivalent. Keep catalogue declarations separate from confirmed offer values and inspection evidence.

Preparing a draft does not send it to either company. The platform has not contacted Elife, tested responsiveness or verified delivery.
