Three fields that need a governing revision
MLD-0297: plastic versus metal material wording
The official MLD-0297 product page identifies the model and labels its summary/material field POM. Its description instead lists an aluminium-alloy cog, galvanized-steel clip and hot-dip-galvanized carbon-steel strap; the characteristics return to POM. The governing material and bill of materials remain unresolved. We do not decide which field is correct or assign a metal-product specification to this model.
MLD-028: two different resin descriptions
The official MLD-028 product page labels its introductory summary POM, while its material field and description say PP or HDPE. These are not silently treated as equivalent materials, approved alternatives or one confirmed production version.
MLD-0281: two different part-weight labels
The official MLD-0281 product page has a weight field of 0.025 kg, but its description gives a net weight of 27 g per piece. We neither average the values nor assume the difference is packaging weight. Request the offered revision and a defined part-weight basis.
The MLD-0295 catalogue page consistently lists PP or HDPE in its material and description fields. That wording still leaves the offered resin grade or alternative selection unspecified; it is not a model-linked material certificate.
Catalogue dimensions and conductor-size labels are not inspected interface drawings, validated working loads or electrical ratings. None establishes fit to a listed conductor, post, insulator or existing installation.
Documents to request before comparing offers
Ask for one dated offer identifying the model/SKU, revision, registered contractual seller and manufacturer responsibility. Keep each conflicting catalogue field visible in the document register until a governing document is received and assessed.
- A model-linked material/BOM schedule resolving the POM, PP/HDPE and metal-component wording; identify resin grade, additives, hardware and finish separately.
- A dated drawing with units, tolerances, conductor path, slots, locking/bearing geometry, attachment arrangement and permitted conductor construction. Overall catalogue dimensions alone are insufficient.
- Installation instructions, stated load quantity and conditions, and applicable mechanical/electrical or ageing test methods and reports tied to a sample, batch and model revision. A UV label is not a service-life guarantee.
- A packing schedule with piece count, confirmed part net weight, package net/gross weights, carton/pallet quantities and dimensions, identifiers and inspection records. Clarify the 25 g/27 g difference without assuming a cause.
