Keep one requirement revision

  1. Define the material

Identify the product family, measured quantities, destination, drawing/model revision and document needs before comparing a price.

  2. Review company evidence

Open the existing profile and its official sources. Keep conflicting and unknown fields in your request; a listing is not supplier qualification.

  3. Compare written offers

Keep one requirement revision. Separate item quantities, currency, taxes, freight, included accessories, exclusions, validity and named delivery basis. Unknown values stay blank.

  4. Record document gaps

Record file/report IDs, dates, revision, issuer, represented model or batch and review status. Receiving a document does not automatically approve it.

  5. Check packing and transport scope

Ask for package identifiers, pieces per bundle/pallet, dimensions, net/gross weights and the responsible shipping/document parties. Confirm destination conditions separately.

  6. Record delivery observations

Match identifiers, counts and visible condition to the agreed order/document revision. Record discrepancies without inventing acceptance or delivery success.

Choose the correct contact owner

Use the official company route inside a profile for model documents and company quotations. Use CattleFenceWire contact for platform questions and corrections. Preparing a draft in a tool does not send it, transfer records between tools, qualify a supplier or prove inquiry delivery.

Before using this index

Do these tools automatically send an inquiry?

No. The tools prepare or organize records. Review any draft yourself and use the responsible company contact route; no delivery success is implied.

Does a completed worksheet approve a supplier or product?

No. Recorded responses, documents and observations are evidence to review. They are not certification, product approval, a transaction guarantee or an engineering decision.
